I forgot my login data. What do I do?

Lost your password?

You already registered, but lost your password? No problem. Just enter the email address you used to register under “Forgot my password” and reset your password.

Lost your user name?

I forgot my code. What do I do?

No problem. In our members area, just click the deal you had selected once more. Your generated code will be displayed again.

Why am I not seeing any deals?

We are using Javascript on our side to determine in which country you are located. These data will not be saved and only serve to display your personal deals and beta-tests. Please check whether you have activated an ad blocker that prevents Javascript from executing.

My code doesn’t work. What do I do?

Please check the following possible causes:

  • Was the code copied and pasted correctly? 
    Spaces in front of or behind the code can make the code appear invalid.
  • Has the right product in the right color been laid in the shopping cart?
    The codes are exclusively valid for the exact product offered in the promo deal.
  • Is there another product in the shopping cart?
    Try again with only the offered promo deal product in your shopping cart.
  • Has an Ad/Pop-up blocker been installed and activated?
    Please make sure to temporarily deactivate it, as it may interfere with redeeming the code.
  • Try in another browser.
    Amazon recommends Google Chrome or Firefox to redeem codes.

When you have excluded all possible causes and the code still does not work, please notify our customer service indicating your registered email address and if possible a screenshot of the Amazon error message, as well as your code at service@kavaj.com

I am not receiving any of your emails. What do I do?

Please check your Spam and add us to the Safe Senders List.

Can I also order a different color than the one specified?

Sorry no, our promo deal and its matching generated code applies only to the color specified in the promo deal.

Can I also order two covers of the same promo deal?

Sorry no, each member can use each deal only once.

I accidentally clicked a promo deal and generated a code by mistake. What do I do?

If you have generated a code and do not wish to redeem it, please send it to service@kavaj.com so we can disable it. Remember that the transfer or publication of a promo code is prohibited and can lead to exclusion from the program. Please also note our Terms and Conditions.

Can I generate a promo code for someone else?

No, transferring your access data or a code is not permitted and can lead to the exclusion from the PowerUser program. Please also note our Terms and Conditions.

We are sorry to hear that. Of course we want to hear you are happy and will work hard to conjure a smile back onto your face. Please write us an email with your problem or request and preferably also include your Amazon order number (to be found in your Amazon account) to service@kavaj.com. We’ll get back to you right away.

Do I have to pay shipping? Where is my delivery?

Payment and shipping are subject to Amazon regulations and are outside of our control. Please consult Amazon.com for all delivery times, delivery dates and shipping costs.

Can I order other Amazon items together with my order or can only the KAVAJ be in the shopping cart at checkout?

Basically, you can also order other products, but do keep in mind that our code is valid only for the specified product in the promo deal. In some cases, however, problems with the code may occur. Try again using only the KAVAJ from the promo deal. (See “My code doesn’t work. What do I do?”)

Can I combine several codes?

Yes, you can combine various promo deals (for example, Vienna and Rome, or similar) in one order. To do this, just put all KAVAJs you would like to order into your shopping cart and enter your generated codes at checkout, one by one. Combining other discount coupons, e.g. our newsletter discount code is NOT possible.

How do I know when and what promo deals will be out next?

We will notify you on a regular basis about our current promo deals by e-mail or Messenger.

You can unsubscribe informally at any time by just sending an e-mail to service@kavaj.com

What does membership in the PowerUser program cost?

Membership in the KAVAJ PowerUser program is free.

What are my obligations as a KAVAJ PowerUser?

There is no minimum purchase requirement.
However, when you redeem a promo deal, you agree to submit your feedback on your new KAVAJ product within a week of receiving your KAVAJ. This should be done via this questionnaire: KAVAJ Feedback Questionnaire

What materials do you use for your KAVAJs?

We use exclusively high-quality genuine leather for our KAVAJs. You can find a detailed description of all KAVAJ products on our website kavaj.com or on our Amazon product pages.

We are a small company from Germany, founded in 2011 by Jörg Kundrath and Kai Klement. Our company is based in Biberach, but all our employees work from their home office all over Germany.
